A note from
the practice
Cognair™ designs and installs Revenue Operating Systems for law firms, consultancies, and advisory practices. Quietly. Selectively. For partners who, long ago, stopped having time to be found.
§ 01 · Recognition
Before
the answer,
the seeing.
You have the credentials. The track record. Three decades, perhaps four, of work that quietly earned you the chair you now sit in. And yet the phone does not ring with the consistency it should.
Referrals come in waves. Feast in March. Famine in June. You watch younger firms, less seasoned and less serious, win the matters that ought to have been yours, because they have a website that commands attention, a presence that signals authority, an outreach rhythm that keeps them in front of the right people while you are in chambers.
Your own website was updated, what, four years ago? Your CRM is a spreadsheet, generously described. Your email list is a drawer of business cards. You have known this for some time.
Because your reputation is not just the business. It is the identity.
§ 02 · The Instrument
One offer.
Five layers.
One firm at a time.
Not a product. A system. The complete infrastructure by which your firm generates, captures, and grows revenue, designed and installed, end to end, by people who understand that your reputation is the asset.

Composition
Website · Authority, not decoration
An editorial digital presence engineered to do what your reputation already does in person: establish gravity before the first word is spoken.
Bespoke, hand-set typography. Considered photography. A narrative that reads like a brief, not a brochure.
Sales Funnel · From stranger to client
Every touchpoint considered. Every objection anticipated. A choreography that turns interest into instruction without ever feeling transactional.
Discovery · qualification · the first call · the proposal · the signature. Designed as a single uninterrupted gesture.
CRM · So no relationship is lost
Your pipeline rendered visible. Every introduction tracked. Every follow-up scheduled. The end of the spreadsheet era, quietly.
Built on systems that survive partner transitions. Owned by the firm. Not by an agency.
Outreach · Consistent presence without the cost
Intelligent, restrained communication that keeps your firm in front of the right people while you are doing the work only you can do.
Editorial dispatches. Considered follow-ups. Never templated. Never thoughtless.
Infrastructure · Everything that touches the money
Analytics. Reporting. Integrations. The connective tissue that makes the system one system, not five tools held together by hope.
One source of truth. One quarterly review. One number to watch.
§ 03 · Doctrine
On craft
"If it doesn't read like the firm, it isn't the firm."
On clients
"We do not court the curious. We are built for the committed."
On time
"Eight weeks. Then it runs without you ever opening the dashboard."
On presence
"Authority is not declared. It is arranged, line by line."
§ 04 · Atlas
Four cities.
One standard.

Tier-one commercial firms
Engagements are limited. We accept a small number of firms each quarter, by design. Revenue OS is installed; it is not sold.
§ 05 · Method
Ninety private minutes. We listen. You speak candidly about where the practice stands and where it ought to be.
We map your firm's revenue surface: website, pipeline, outreach, and retention. Then we locate where revenue is leaking and where it is dormant.
Across eight to twelve weeks, we design and install Revenue OS, end to end. You continue to do client work; we do ours.
The system runs. Pipeline becomes predictable. We remain on call as the firm grows.
§ 06 · The Principal
Founder-led.
Systems architect.
Partner-facing.

Principal contact
Who you speak with
Founder & CTO, Cognair Technologies
You will speak with the person responsible for the engagement, not an account handler. Cognair was built for senior professional-services firms that need their reputation translated into a reliable revenue system: website, pipeline, outreach, reporting, and the operating cadence that keeps it all alive after launch.
London-facing. Private by default.

§ 07 · The Invitation
Private intake.
Principal-led.
Limited engagements.
The first conversation is a working session with the principal: your current revenue surface, the clients you should be attracting, the relationships being missed, and whether Cognair is the right instrument for the next stage of the practice.
01
Managing partners, founders, and senior rainmakers with a serious practice already in motion.
02
Ninety minutes. Direct questions. A plain assessment of where visibility, trust, and follow-up are failing.
03
If there is fit, we map the Revenue OS scope, timeline, and operating responsibilities before any engagement begins.
